In Feburary 2017 Helen was the resident artist at The Etches Collection in Kimmeridge Bay, Dorst. During this time Helen observed this special, unique environment and took inspiration from both the collection and local area to make a rust installation. Meters of cloth was wrapped in rusty objects found around the local area and buried underneath rocks, in the sea, for one month. The combination of the salt in the water and the rust helped the patterns to form onto the cloth over time. These pieces of cloth were sewn together to make a large ammonite installation.
